Warranty Coverage

HB Vortex MotionRig systems are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The legal warranty period applies as required by Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers. The warranty covers the motion platform's core hardware (servo motors, drivers, control electronics) and manufacturing defects.

Note: confirm the exact warranty duration and any extended-warranty options for your market.


What Is Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, drops, liquid ingress, or operation outside specifications.
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly.
  • Normal wear of consumable/cosmetic parts.
  • Third-party hardware (wheels, bases, pedals, cockpits from other brands) — covered by their own manufacturers' warranties.
  • Damage caused during Buyer-arranged transport.

How to Get Service (RMA)

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description (photos/video help).
  2. Our team will first try to resolve the issue remotely (the system supports remote diagnostics, logs and updates).
  3. If hardware service is required, we provide RMA instructions and arrange repair or replacement of the covered part.

After-Sales Support

Beyond warranty, our team supports setup, calibration, game profiles and software updates. The system receives ongoing updates as new games and features become available, and includes self-test/auto-calibration and a web dashboard for diagnostics.
