Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped, by contacting us at [email protected] with your order number. Once cancelled, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing (email is sufficient) within the period.

• The product must be returned unused, with its original packaging, accessories and invoice, in resalable condition.
• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, the full amount is refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
• For credit card payments, the refund is made to the card; the time it appears on your statement depends on your bank.

Exceptions & Custom Builds

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products prepared in line with the Buyer's specific requests or clearly personalized (e.g. custom-configured rigs, special motor/stroke options). Such custom orders are confirmed with the Buyer before production. Products that have been installed, modified, or physically damaged after delivery are assessed case by case.

Damaged or Faulty on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please do not accept a visibly damaged parcel without a courier damage report, and contact us within 48 hours with photos. Faulty items are repaired or replaced at no cost, and any return shipping for defective products is covered by HB Vortex. See also our Warranty & Support page.

Return Shipping

For withdrawals (change of mind), return shipping is arranged by the Buyer. For defective/incorrect items, HB Vortex arranges and covers the return. Due to their size and weight, motion rigs require freight handling — please contact us first so we can arrange the correct return method and avoid transit damage.
