Shipping & Delivery

Lead Time & Processing

In-stock accessories typically ship within 1–3 business days. Motion rigs and custom-configured systems are built to order; the estimated production lead time is confirmed with you at the time of purchase. We notify you by email when your order is produced, dispatched and in transit.


Destinations & Carriers

We ship within Türkiye and internationally (Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Middle East and Africa). Domestic deliveries are handled by contracted cargo carriers; international and oversized orders are shipped via freight/courier partners appropriate to the destination. A tracking number is provided once your order is dispatched.

Local stores — coming soon: local stores in Germany and the USA are on the way — for faster local delivery and support in those regions.

For destinations without a local store (Asia, Middle East, Africa, etc.), international freight applies and is quoted after the order (ExWorks / FOB / DHL micro-export / CIF by sea where available). Freight is not included in the product price — please use the "Request a Quote" option in the store for an all-in figure.


Packaging & Freight (Motion Rigs)

Motion rigs are heavy, oversized items shipped on protective crates/pallets. Delivery is typically curbside; please ensure access for a freight vehicle and arrange help for moving the crate indoors. Inspect the packaging on arrival.


International Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, import duties, customs clearance fees and local taxes (VAT/GST) may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the Buyer unless explicitly stated as included at checkout. Customs procedures may affect delivery time. We provide the documentation required for clearance.


Receiving Your Order

  • Check the parcel/crate for visible damage before signing.
  • If there is visible damage, note it on the carrier's delivery document or refuse the delivery, and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • Keep the original packaging at least until you have tested the product.
