Terms of Use & Distance Sales

1. Seller / Parties

This website and all sales transactions conducted through it are operated by HB ELEKTRONİK HOBİ VE DRONE SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("HB Vortex", "Seller"), registered at Perpa Trade Center, 8th Floor, Block A, No: 714, Okmeydanı / Şişli / ISTANBUL, Türkiye.

The "Buyer" is the natural or legal person placing an order through the website. By placing an order and completing payment, the Buyer is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use and the Distance Sales Agreement.

2. Subject & Scope

This agreement governs, in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose qualities and sales price are specified in the order.

Prices, product specifications and availability shown on the website are valid until updated. The Seller reserves the right to correct obvious errors in price or specification.

3. Orders & Payment

• The contract is formed when the order is confirmed and payment is approved.
• Payments are processed through the bank's secure virtual POS (3D Secure where applicable); card data is never stored by the Seller.
• Prices are charged in the currency shown for the Buyer's region (TRY for Türkiye; EUR/USD for other regions, as applicable).
• The Seller may cancel and refund an order if the product is unexpectedly out of stock or in case of suspected fraud.

4. Delivery, Returns & Warranty

5. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, 3D models, logos, software) belongs to HB Vortex or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission. Users may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.

6. Disputes & Governing Law

For consumer complaints and disputes, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and Consumer Courts in their place of residence or where the transaction took place, up to the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
